Job description
The Parking Ambassador position is committed to providing World Class Service for all Centennial Yards Parking Assets, for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00.
For Part-Time roles: Benefits: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until June 26, 2026.
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
- Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
- Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot.
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Cash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
- Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lots.
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
- Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must.
- Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
- Ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
